Inleiding
Wat is sociaal recht?
Sociaal recht = arbeidsrecht + sociale zekerheidsrecht

Arbeidsrecht = rechtsregels die verhoudingen regelt tussen werknemers en werkgevers, zowel
individueel als collectief.

Sociale zekerheidsrecht = maatregelen waardoor aan werknemers, overheidspersoneel en
zelfstandigen mogelijkheid wordt gegeven om in alle omstandigheden in levensonderhoud te
voorzien.

Menswaardig bestaan bieden aan iedereen wanneer er een sociaal risico is.

Sociaal risico = inkomen verminderd of uitgaven vermeerderen

Inkomen verminderd -> vervangingsinkomen
Uitgaven vermeerderen -> aanvullend inkomen
