Week-7-Risk-Management & Human Resource Plan_Riddick
Risk Management Effective risk management is necessary for project development (Carvalho and Rabechini Junior, 2015). According to Carvalho and Rabechini Junior (2015), it allows for individuals to be able to identify the projects strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. This paper will serve to explain risk management and the human resource management plan that organizations can put in place when implementing process change through the implementation of project malmanagement skills. This paper will also explore the risks associated with poor hand hygiene and how it relates to increased hospital acquired infections through the use of the risk register and the RACI (responsibility, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) chart for the project.
