I will start by introducing number charts and sing the song of ten little monkeys
I will give learners instruction to count numbers after me, using the number
chart that will be given to them
Body of lesson Presenting the new knowledge requires you to provide a detailed description of the CONTENT you will
be presenting. You must Indicate how you will present the content of the lesson. You also need to
consider which activities the learners will be required to do.

I will introduce the number of the day which is 7. Learners will write the
number symbol in their classwork books. After writing the number symbol I will
instruct them to write the number name of 7. The learners will fill a whole page
with numbers “7s” in order to practice writing them.

Consolidation/ Provide a detailed description of how you plan the conclusion of the lesson. Explain how you will
conclusion consolidate the new knowledge, incorporate assessment of the objectives and wrap up. What follow-up
activities will you use to consolidate/reinforce the lesson concepts/content taught?

at the end of the lesson I will revise the lesson once again and collect
activities done and mark them immediately.
After marking the activities I will give learners feedback.

challenges, whether you achieved the objectives, what you would change, what you learnt from the
REFLECTION lesson, what you would do differently next time.




At the end of the lesson, learners must be able to write the number
name and number symbol. I will come up with strategies to improve the
lesson for next time. I will brainstorm how I can accommodate struggling
learners.
