, 1. Introduction:
Improving the communication process in organisations may have highly desirable payoffs for
organizations as well as for the individuals and groups working for them.
Communication can be seen as the method whereby people in a company or organization send or
receive messages. In companies it is done via verbal, email , telephone or various other apps. This is
done to achieve goals in the company and to convey messages in the company or organization.
(Juneja,2015) and (Greenberg,2011).
Greenberg furthermore explains that communication can be devided into two, formal and informal. All
communication between persons working for the company that does not have a effect on the
company or that has nothing to do with the activities of the company is known as informal
communication. No business of organization can function effectively without propper communication.
If communication is done the correct way it will have a huge effect on the smooth running , controlling
and planning of the company. It is very important that everyone in the company from the lowest level
to the company CEO communicates to every relevant person in the company regarding and relating
to the aims and objectives of the company.
