, Primary keys A) A relational database makes it
simple to locate unique
information. It also lets you sort
by any field and create reports
that only include those fields of
each record. When determining
customer address information to
print out report labels,
documents could be produced.

Foreign keys B) When you use a relational
database, you can sort data with
a single click of a button. A
relational database organizes data
into different areas and allows
users to search for information by
field or by connecting fields
between similar records.
Referential integrity C) A relational database helps you to
run queries to find unique
information in your database.

Auto incremented keys D) A flat file database, like a
relational database, can hold a
large number of data. It will take
a long time to go through the data
in a flat file database to find what
you're searching for. A query in a
relational database helps you to
look for something unique in the
database.

Field attributes E) A flat file database stores data
that is repeated; this wastes
space and slows query time. A
relational database, unlike a flat
file database, uses normalization
to minimize data replication. Any
data that isn't important will be
removed from the database.

Data redundancy F) Data can be entered several times
in a flat file database, taking up
more space. If there is more than
one instance of similar data in a
relational database, reduced data
redundancy is used to reduce the
amount of data that needs to be
processed.

Data types G) A many-to-many relationship is a
database relationship in which a
