environment on a given organisation / M3 – Assess the effects
of the business environment on a given organisation
- For this section, it is essential to provide data (statistics, financial information
etc.) and images (graphs and tables) to back up your points.
Provide a synopsis of your chosen company. Include the following information:
When was the company founded and by who?
The company’s market capitalisation, market share
The product and services the company provides
Section 1: Internal environment
Include the following information for the internal environment:
o Give a definition of an internal environment.
o For each factor of the internal environment (Corporate Culture, CSR,
Ethics).
Give a quick definition of that factor..
Link that factor to your chosen company.
Think of how that factor can have a positive or negative impact
on your chosen company’s performance.
Explain why.
