Recruitment process
Recruitment is a process that gives an organization a group of qualified job candidates from which the organization can choose whom to work with. The general aim of recruitment process in any organization is to achieve the right number and quality of employees to satisfy the human resources need of the particular organization. Every organization has its own recruitment strategies and process which also come with challenges. This paper discusses the recruitment process, some of the strategies employed by organizations to fill their open positions and some of the challenges that the organizations face while making their recruitment efforts.
