1. What is your opinion regarding the use of steroids and supplements in school sport?

advantage. As seen in high-profile cases, if an athlete is caught using steroids, his or her
career can be destroyed
Depression has also been linked to steroid use, and athletes who use performance-
enhancing steroids are more likely to attempt suicide than athletes who do not use them.
To become physically addicted to steroids in the sense that the body will adapt to and
become dependent on regular steroid abuse to continue performing that the same
physical level.
Steroid use is not a safe practice, especially among younger students who are technically
still not finished fully developing.
Men will have testicular atrophy and libido problems, and women will have abnormal
periods and changes in their normal hormonal balance.
Using performance-enhancing steroids can have serious, long-term health consequences.
Steroid and growth hormone use tend to promote a muscular appearance in users.
Getting kicked off a high school sports team for a drug-related offense may impact your
