BLOEDVATENWANDEN
1. BOUW BLOEDVATEN
Tunica interna (intima) = binnenste laag in contact met bloed
-> dun laagje elastisch bindweefsel (epitheel)
Tunica media = middelste laag van glad spierweefsel, in matrix van elastische
en collageenvezels
-> vasoconstructie of -dilatatie
Tunica externa (adventitia) = buitenste laag van los bindweefsel
-> vooral collagene vezels
-> verbinding met organen
Aorta
= elastische arteriën
-> tunica media veel elastisch weefsel + minder glad
