Plani car consiste en desarrollar proyectos acerca de las dis ntas acciones que se pretende
realizar para alcanzar los obje vos jados por la organización.

El sistema de plani cación proporciona los instrumentos necesarios para poder determinar
quiénes, cuándo y de qué forma deben realizarse cada una de las ac vidades necesarias para
lograr las metas jadas por la empresa.
