→ Verkeerde perceptie/ interpretatie
→ Persoon ziet onjuistheid in en past beeld aan


4.1.2 Hallucinaties

Wat?

• Je hebt het idee iets te voelen, te denken of te horen
• Stoornis in de zintuiglijke ervaring
→ Kunnen voorkomen voor alle zintuigelijke functies


Soorten hallucinaties

• Visuele of optische hallucinaties : ziet dingen die er niet zijn
• Olfactorische hallucinatie : je ruikt dingen die er niet zijn
• Gustatore hallucinatie : persoon proeft zaken die er niet zijn
• Auditieve of akoestische hallucinatie : hoort dingen die er niet zijn
• Tactiele of haptische hallucinaties : voelt dingen die er niet zijn


4.1.3 Wanen

Wat?

• Stoornis in het denken
• Foutieve overtuiging : inhoud van wat de persoon denkt klopt niet
→ Persoon ziet onjuistheid van gedachten niet in
→ Brede mogelijkheid aan wanen :
- Gericht op eigen bestaan
- Gericht op eigen lichaam
- Verband met de buitenwereld

• Buiten de waan functioneert de persoon min of meer normaal
→ Wel secundaire handicaps zoals eenzaamheid, relatieproblemen,…
