Identifying my target market is a vital as it can enable me to design a
plan around how I will design my marketing strategies, in order to get
their attention which will eventually increase the chances of them
coming to do their shopping in my business. In other words, target
identification contributes towards more effecting marketing tactics and
thus better chances of success.
Moreover, identifying the target market is important for my business
because doing so, will allow me to tailor advertising, pricing and
promotions to appeal directly to the targeted audience. In contrast, f I
do not do so meticulously and narrowly, I could end up by selling
products that do not fully meet most customers’ needs.
