Voor de vakken Methodiek en Ethiek heb ik deze schriftelijke analyse moeten maken. De
opdracht is me enorm bevallen. Dit is een van de weinige opdrachten geweest waarvan ik
de toegevoegde waarde echt heb begrepen en gevoeld. Ik ben erg maatschappelijk
betrokken en vond het dilemma best lastig. Waarom kan ik iemand die hulp nodig heeft niet
simpelweg helpen op de manier die deze persoon wenselijk vindt? Ik denk dat ik nog altijd
zal neigen naar een juridisch belangenbehartigende aanpak, maar om dit werkelijk uit te
kunnen voeren zou ik niet bij een organisatie als de UWV moeten werken. Wel zou ik nog
altijd gebruik willen maken van een overzicht met alle belangen en de botsende normen en
waarden. Ik vind het belangrijk om altijd in lijn te zijn met mijn normen en waarden en
hoewel ik me mede dankzij deze opdracht besef dat daar zeker een uitdaging in zit, geloof ik
er ook sterk in dat het mogelijk moet zijn.
