Meetings:
Wat is een meeting:
Algemene term die aangeeft dat een aantal mensen samenkomen op 1 plek, om een
bepaalde activiteit uit te voeren. Het is een geplande gebeurtenis waar mensen
samenkomen om iets te bespreken en deel te nemen aan een activiteit.

Doelen van meetings:
Elke meeting heeft een specifiek doel, maar alle meetings delen een gemeenschappelijk
reeks strategische tactische rollen en doelen. Zonder respect hiervoor kan er geen effectief
werk worden gedaan. De basisstructuur van de meeting moet eerst gedaan worden en
vervolgens de bijzonderheden van het doel.

2. Sprekers / moderators

4. Communicatie
5. Locatie en layout

Specifieke meetings:
- Conference;
o Participerende meeting ontworpen voor discussie, feitenonderzoek,
probleemoplossing en overleg.
o Een congreszaal is kleiner van omvang
o Meer selectief van aard

o Specifieke doelen
- Congres;
o Regelmatige bijeenkomst op een representatieve basis van 100 of 1000+
mensen die beheren tot een professionele, culturele, religieuze of andere

o Algemene en formele vergadering van een wetgevend orgaan, sociale of
