Implementation of the proposed solution will follow a theoretical framework that is based on Stetler’s model of evidence-based practice. This model provides a link between research use and evidence-informed practice (Schaffer, Sandau,&Diedrick, 2013). There are five progressive categories of the Stetler’s model each of which represents a phase of activity in the implementation of a proposed change (Stetler, 2010). Using each progressive category as a heading, the paper explains the activities that will be undertaken in the course of the implementation of the proposed solution to the problem identified in the hypothesis statement
