Medicare Prescription Drug 2 Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003 There are many elderly and disabled whose life is affected by Medicare Part D. Some of the people cannot afford even the slightest bills that their prescriptions cost. Medicare prescription cost are on the rise and by the year 2020 Medicare will be so expensive that no one will be able to afford it. I am going to do the research and see what kind of solutions that the government will be coming up with to help the elderly and the disabled. In my analysis I will be researching the basic Medicare Part D facts and give information what the Medicare advantage plan. I will also be looking at how the Drug coverage gap is affecting the people. What kind of challenges are we to face in the future will we be able to help the people who will really need it? If we can close the coverage gap by 2020 it will bring millions of people to relief
