, General Overview

Ms. TC is an 87-year-old Asian American female presenting to the clinic with an allergy to

cantaloupe- reaction hives. In clinic seeking guidance in weight management. Reports gaining

weight particularly in the abdomen. Endorsed to not following a diet plan and eating an

unhealthy diet that consist of sugary soft drinks 3-4 days per week, cookies and yogurt in the

morning, fried chicken, 2 string cheese, crackers, fried tortillas with butter for lunch,

occasionally will cook dinner, otherwise will have chips and dip and reports eating a cobb salad

once a week while at the golf club. She states she doesn’t drink enough water and states her

tongue is dry especially after partaking in golf. Ms. TC also reports frequent urination 8-10 per

day.
