New features in Windows server 2016
One of the significant benefits of the new server manager interface is the capability of
making server groups, which are buildups of servers already existing on the network and are
manageable through the unique user experience. Creation of new server groups grants
permission to manage tasks in every server with shared attributes: a sever group is gripping all
the machines running Internet Information Service. For example, a group of database serves and
many others and offers specific information to each server. It is advantageous to all the
businesses, companies, or organizations that employ this server manager in their operations
(Morimoto et al., 2017).
The Hyper-V feature in windows server 2016 allows replication of a virtual machine
without shared storage. Windows Server 2016 supports the rolling cluster upgrades from the
previous Windows Server 2012 R2; one can do the rolling cluster upgrades without taking down
the cluster or moving to new hardware. The latter versions of Hyper-V did not permit one to add
a network interface or more memory to a running virtual machine. Microsoft now permits you to
make some crucial changes in the machine configuration without taking the virtual machine
offline (Savill, 2016). The two most essential changes comprise of memory and networking.
