Wat voor wonden bestaan er?
 Open en gesloten wonden: een open wond is B.V. een diepe snee in je vinger
of in je hand. Een gesloten wond is B.V. een kneuzing of hematoom

Oorzaken van wonden
 Mechanische wonden: schot,steek,snijwond maar ook inwendige kneuzingen.
 Chemische wonden: zoutzuur,bijtendestoffen
 Thermische wonden: verbranding of bevriezings wonden
 Elektriciteitswonden: Blikseminslag, Kapotte stekker,
 Stralingswonden: Verbrand door de zon
 Circulatiewonden: weefsel sterft af door te weinig bloed en voeding decubitus



Kleur van wonden

Rode wond: Granulatieweefsel schoon en rode oppervlak
Gele wond: Het gele op een wond is pus dit duidt op een infectie
Zwarte wond: Doodweefsel stadia-4 decubitus



Wondgenezing primaire en secundaire
Het genezen van een wond heeft fases deze fases gaan als volgt

 Primaire: wond is genezen korst valt eraf
 Secundaire wondgenezing: verloopt in 3 fases
 Reactiefase: stollingsproces begint bij een open wond
 Regeneratiefase: Granulatieweefsel bedekt de wond
 Rijpingsfase: Granulatieweefsel word nu bindweefsel (korstvorming begint)
