Abstract
Write a short introduction to your abstract of 2 to 3 sentences stating the importance of understanding and
studying moral development, such as (in your own words entirely): “Moral development is seen as one of
the key human developmental areas. Although moral growth takes place throughout the lifespan and ideally
culminates in a deep level of moral development and reasoning as a permanent personality characteristic,
it is especially during adolescence that moral development, or the lack thereof, is reflected in specific
values and ideals.”

(in your own words entirely): The development of moral judgment during adolescence is extremely
interesting and has been investigated by various theorists and researchers. Many factors also seem to
influence moral development.

- theoretical framework for study based on: the theories by Kohlberg and Piaget as these
two theories studied this same topic we are proposing to study.
- The proposed research study aims to assess identity of adolescents

structured interviews on morality
