Distributed Leadership Explained
I'm an alumni of Boston University grad school of Business, so I receive the Alumni magazine Bostonian. To be honest, that does not mean I read it faithfully in the least. But this issue was different. He caught me with the primary sentence: "More than thirty years of research has shown that aligned and integrated organizations outperform their nearest competitors in every major financial measure."
