Peter the main character in the documentary was suffering from down syndrome. He had good support of his teachers in his school and his mother Judy who used to regularly interact with teachers to ensure feedback. Peter was provided with proper support to help him develop social and job skills. Despite Peter suffering from down syndrome, he was able to gain acceptance from his classmates. In the senior year he was able to become manager of his school football team and deliver on expectations. He was also able to win a lovely friend to escort to prom with loud cheers from other guys.
