The main symptoms of Iron deficiency anemia are: ANS: ● Extreme fatigue-feeling cranky, difficulty concentrating, or poor productivity at work is a sign of iron deficiency. ● Headache, dizziness, or lightheadedness- In iron deficiency, lower levels of hemoglobin in red blood cells mean that not enough oxygen can reach the brain causing headaches, dizziness, or lightness. ● Cold hands and feet- Blood cells that don't have enough oxygen get stuck in blood vessels, slowing down circulation, which leads to cold hands and feet.
