Introduction
The ATI RN Community Health Level 3 Proctored Examination
assesses the nursing student's mastery of community and public
health nursing concepts, clinical judgment, and application of the
nursing process at the population level. This comprehensive NGN-
style assessment evaluates knowledge across epidemiology, health
promotion, disease prevention, vulnerable populations, disaster
management, environmental health, and program planning. The
examination employs multiple-choice and Next Generation NCLEX
(NGN) style questions requiring clinical decision-making,
prioritization, and evidence-based practice. Emphasis is placed on
the community-as-client framework, levels of prevention, and
,culturally competent care for diverse populations. Successful
completion demonstrates readiness to practice as a registered nurse
