INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
Your ISSB Application form has been generated on website (www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk). Filling of the
application form is mandatory and required to be submitted within 5 x working days along-with the
Declaration / Character certificate with documents as mentioned in the website.
Information provided must be correct in all respects.
ISSB call will not be issued if desired hard copies are not deposited at the respective AS&RC.
If any information provided by the candidates prove to be wrong at any stage, candidate will be liable to
rejection / withdrawn from training and will refund the entire expenses incurred.
Keep visiting the ISSB website (www.issb.gov.pk) for tracking your ISSB call status after you have
deposited the online form and Declaration / Character certificate along-with the required documents at the
respective AS&RC.

1. Declaration / Undertakings:-
a. I hereby declare to the best of my knowledge and belief that the information provided by me
during filling online digital application form is correct. I realize that if any information given by
me in the application form is false or incomplete or if any of the original educational certificate is
found to have been tampered with or forged, my application will be rejected and I will be liable
to any legal action considered necessary by GHQ and that if this is discovered when I am
undergoing training, I will be liable to be withdrawn from training academy and shall in addition,
be required to refund to the government all the expenses incurred on me.
b. I hereby give undertaking that I have not attended any coaching academy, and if later my claim
is found to be false then GHQ will have all the rights to reject my final selection.
c. I also declare that I will not marry before I complete my training at the PMA. If I marry while
under training, I will be withdrawn from the institution and will also be liable to refund all
expenses incurred by the state on me. (Not applicable to service personnel and technical
graduates).
d. I also declare that Pakistan Government or any of its employees, acting on its behalf, shall not
be held responsible for any injury sustained by me during my test at the ISSB.

2. Certificate of Recommendation. By a Class-I Gazetted Officer or any reputable member of the
civil society: -
I certify that I have known Mr _______________________ S/O _______________________ for the
past _________ years and ____________ months, and that he bears a good moral character. I also
certify that he hails from a family that carries a good reputation and is not known, prima facie, for
supporting or indulging into any unlawful activity.
