anti-collision light and/or strobe lights may be turned off when the PIC determines that,
because of operating conditions, it would be in the interest of
safety to turn the lights off.

landings under HNVGOs? - ANS-A landing light, searchlight, and/or night sun will be

snow, preclude use of the lights.
