Answer: I have been in sitiuations in school where participating in
a group project becomes necessary and sometimes one group
member has a tendency to take the backdrop in terms of
contributing to the group or on the opposite spectrum try to
dictate every aspect. To resolve this , I try to initiate a group
discussion where all members go around and contribute an idea
and add on to other group members ideas. This was everyone will
have a voice and everyone will have contributued.
