responsibilities are planning staff meetings, creating the yearly budget, and hiring of
staff. Staff meetings are an integral part of ensuring that your staff is aware of their roles

collaborating with each other. Working with the school budget is a huge responsibility.
The principal must guarantee that resources are allocated fairly to all programs while
following all guidelines and policies. Along with allocation of resources is allocation of
staff. Administrators are also responsible for maintaining highly qualified staff that are
able to meet the needs of the students.
