files that do not have the comment done to see what files need to have their transcript processed.

Answer:
a powershell script to automate the common initial steps for our internal helpdesk. Simple things
like, when was it last rebooted, is the web filter running, av update time, last time LAPS reset the
password, last time GPO updated, group memberships of user, some quick 'ping test' type
connections, routing table, host file etc. Nothing crazy but it covers 80%+ of the tickets and collects
the data in a fraction of the time. The employee can run it, attach the output to a ticket and expedite
the process.

,stay calm, make sure they see that you are actually listening to them and explain what you can and
cannot do for them (or the problem). If you don't know the answer promise to find out -- and then

legitimate and authenticated sender. It is usually used in denial of service attacks and are used to
defeat the security mechanism of the network and bye-pass service which are based on IP
authentication.

Answer:
My strengths are my technical knowledge, and ability and eagerness to translate and break down
technical terms and information to information that can be understood by the average person. Also I
am a fast learner because of my course load of constantly learning new languages and new
algorithms by short due dates along with my experience working as a TSP with constantly keeping
up with new software, hardware, new operating systems and producers.
