-Edrophonium Test (Tensilon Challenge test)
-Electromyography
-Blood test for Ach receptor antibodies
Treatment:
-Closely monitor Vt, VC, MIP
-Intubate Mechanical ventilation when intubated
-Hyperinflation therapy
-Pulmonary hygiene
