HESI PN Exit Exam — Foundation PN Practice Questions

2026 Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN Examination

Instructions
This practice examination contains 50 multiple-choice questions designed to assess foundational practical nursing knowledge in alignment with the 2026
NCLEX-PN Test Plan and HESI PN Exit Exam (E2) standards. The exam covers all four major Client Needs categories: Safe and Effective Care
Environment (28–40%), Health Promotion and Maintenance (6–12%), Psychosocial Integrity (9–15%), and Physiological Integrity (38–52%).

Questions incorporate Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) -style clinical judgment scenarios, select-all-that-apply (SATA), ordered response, and prioritization
formats. The HESI PN Exit Exam consists of approximately 130 items including scored, unscored, and NGN unfolding case studies with a recommended 214-
minute testing time.

Scoring Benchmark: A HESI Exit Exam score of 850+ is associated with a 95.90–99.25% probability of passing the NCLEX-PN on the first attempt. A score
