2nd rotation: Emergency Department Urgent Care --> 48

Professional: Licensed Nurse Scholar, Care Navigator Scholar, International

- Professional network that offers mentoring, ongoing education and
career advancement opportunities
How to Clock out for a shift

1. Return to the CORE ELMS sign after you have completed your shift to
clock out
2. Confirm your hours and hit submit
Fittness for Duty

- A Scholar's emotional, mental and physical conditions must be adequate
to perform tasks in a safe and satisfactory manner - Leaves are available
and may be necessary to address any symptoms of an
infectious/communicable disease, or other serious physical or mental
health concerns
- Before returning to a shift, following an absence due to a condition(s) or
injury, a note of clearance from a personal healthcare provider must be
submitted to the program manager

receive a strong warning
2. Will result with the participant being placed on a Performance Contract
3. May result with the participant being released from the program
*NOTE: Applies for all policy violations with the exception of Timesheet
