The first way was through observation of learners’ behaviors. I noticed that students do not like having to complete worksheets, but enjoy working on their Chromebooks and having interactive lessons. The students are very well-behaved in a classroom setting. I also spoke with other second-grade teachers to get their insight into students' learning and behaviors. They notice that students like hands-on, interactive, and online learning. They enjoy using technology in the classroom, which helps make learning fun. Another insight I gained is that students need visual representation. They tend to retain information better when they are able to see it.
