, Problems with Fruit Tea and Jasmine Bottled Tea
There are three types of products that are manufactured by the Tea Company which includes:
1. Goteh which is a jasmine tea and is mostly packed in a glass bottles.
2. Fteh is a flavored tea of fruits, packed in either cans, tetra packs or glass bottles and consist of a large number of
variants that is based on product of a flavors.
3. Cteh is a chopped, dried and ready-to-boil tea leaf that is usually packed in a tea bags.
The major problems that are within the Tehindo tea organization is that are a significant shortages which have never happened
before with the main product. Some stores have been experiencing shortages in different variants of the Fteh tea for the past two or
three weeks which in turn ended up being observed by the distribution sales manager of the company (Silvente Saiz, 2016).
However, this major shortage has never occurred in the main product of the company, Goteh. Due to the increase difficult
production and distribution of Fteh it has caused Tehindo’s performance and reputation to starts being looked upon negatively. For
this main purpose there have a couple of meetings set in place with the managers of the sales, marketing, production, and the
distribution department to find solutions to this tea shortage issue.
