911 Dispatcher/Telecommunicator From the communications center, the dispatcher takes the calls from the public,
sends appropriate units to the scene, assists callers with treatment instructions until
the Emergency Medical Services unit arrives, and insists the incident commander

delivers water at a rate of only 30 to 60 gallons (115 to 225L) per minute but can do
so at high pressures.
