had any prior sexual conduct
-not undertake to provide counseling to any person w/ whom the LPC has
had familial, any prior social, financial, business, professional, close
personal, or other non-therapeutic relationship w/ a client, or engage in
any activity w/ another person that interferes or conflicts w/ the LPCs
professional obligation to a clinet w/in the previous 5yrs

if LPC becomes aware that another LPC is engaged in sexual conduct that
violates, must report within 30 days
-report must contain:
1-name of LPC making report
2-name of LPC who's alleged to have engaged in sexual conduct
3-any facts that can be revealed concerning the sexual conduct
4-LPC must maintain confidentiality of the client, unless the client signs a
release
