provided scenario for support.
I plan to expand my locally sourced organic food market to a catering service. Customers
have expressed a need for more fresh food options. My catering expansion will give clients
within 25 miles that don’t have access to the market an opportunity to have the same quality
fresh organic foods.
b. (A1B) Identify three relevant stakeholders and discuss how the project impacts each
stakeholder.
• Customers: The customers would be positively impacted by the convenience of the
catering service. Customers who can't attend the market can now access healthy food
options. Current customers will now have an option for prepared delivery if they are
within 25 miles.
• Local Farmers: Farmers would be positively impacted by increased demand. Produce
is seasonal, and ready demand is necessary to sell fresh produce. This increases
farmer profits by preventing them from having to pay for additional processing and
storage.

disruption of current business, and stress. However, the expansion will positively
impact the community and my profits.
