Women should perform regular self-breast each month and clinical breast exam with their annual pap-smear exam by their healthcare provider (American Cancer Society, 2017). The American Cancer Society (ACS) recommends mammograms, ultrasounds and MRIs diagnosis of the breasts for for early detection of breast cancer (American Cancer Society, 2017).
