, HS 1: INTRODUCTIE

1. ORTHOPEDAGOGIEK: EEN HANDELINGSWETENSCHAP

Orthopedagogiek = handelingswetenschap: die doelgericht onderzoeken hoe we de KVL,
inclusie en participatie in de maatschappij van alle betrokkenen kunnen verbeteren.

Eric Broeckaert wenst de totaliteit van het opvoedingsgebeuren te onderzoeken en te
doorgronden. Het handelen wordt als zinvol en doelmatig beschouwd. Hij hoopt de gestoorde
dialoog te herstellen en het verhaal te interpreteren.

1.1 METHODISCH HANDELEN
Methodisch handelen = basiskenmerk, bewust omgaan met opgedane kennis, inzichten en
vaardigheden.
 Je bent je bewust van effecten en invloeden van jouw handelen op de ander.
 Gewenste doelen voorop stellen en samen met de persoon aan de slag gaan.

Methodisch handelen bestaat uit 4 centrale kenmerken:
1. Je handelt doelgericht = persoon en netwerk ondersteunen bij de gewenste doelen + de
persoon heeft zelf de regie.
2. Je handelt bewust = welke invloed heeft jouw gedrag op de ander?
3. Je handelt systematisch = stap voor stap handelen, richting de gewenste situatie.
4. Je handelt procesmatig = voortdurend afvragen of je in de richting van vooropgestelde
doel werkt + eventuele bijsturingen

Je vertrekt altijd vanuit de vraag van de persoon met een ondersteuningsnood EN je hebt
functionele relatie met de persoon.

1.2 SOORTEN PLANNEN
Binnen organisaties vinden we verschillende soorten plannen:
1. Beleidsplan = visie, missie, doelstellingen en werkwijze van de organisatie.
2. Afdelingsplan = specifieke orthopedagogische en agogische doelen en werkzaamheden
binnen specifieke afdeling.
3. Persoonlijk ondersteuningsplan = specifieke ondersteuning van 1 specifieke persoon.
