When is a cash flow budget a useful alternative to a comprehensive budget? Answer in
approximately 250 words.

Businesses use multiple budgets to present and analyze information that is most relevant to
specific areas of financial planning. Since everyone has a different role, some budgets are better
suited than others to a specific task. The cash flow budget is another format used as a cash
management tool that provides more detailed information on the schedule and amounts of cash
flows. Businesses use the cash budget to ensure that there is sufficient liquidity in the business to
meet the operational levels established by the financial budgets. Cash budgets are prepared
weekly, monthly, and quarterly (Siegal & Yacht 2009).

A cash flow budget is a valuable option in contrast to a full spending plan when an itemized
movement should be known. The general spending plan puts more accentuation on what is
generally anticipated in later streams ("ACCA cash budgets "). A cash flow budget incorporates
a singular's money inflows and surges for a given period. Income financial plans are frequently
used to evaluate whether an individual has sufficient means to make normal consumptions.
Making a cash flow budget is a decent measure to guarantee that where the cash is spent is
appropriately recorded (Siegal and Yacht 2009). Realizing what is being spent consistently will
figure out where cuts can be made. Analyzing the total budget and cash flow budget is
fundamental, particularly to accomplish targets.
