1. Terms of reference

On 7 February 2022 Dr M Zybrand, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CCV Coin
Reaction Group requested that an investigation to be carried out into the possible
allegations of ATM scams within the community of Ezulweni. The investigation was
requested to determine how the employees of this company have been affected by
these allegations and if they have, how they managed the situation.
Recommendations to be submitted to the CEO by 30 March 2022.
