‣ Do you love winning or hate losing more? -✓✓- I love winning more. I

better, fuels your fire and forces you to reexamine.
- It doesn't feel good at the moment but, you can't be successful without
having losses. Losing makes you a winner.
- You can't always control what happens, but you can control how you

best. Recognition comes and goes, but results speak for themselves. I'd
rather consistently win and let my numbers/results be evident.
‣ What motivates you most? -✓✓1. Achievement: Setting a goal and
proving I can hit it drives me.
2. Challenge: Pushes me out of my comfort zone, forces me to grow, and
gives me the chance to prove I can succeed in tough situations.
‣ Define Success -✓✓Success is peace of mind that is the direct result of
self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best that
, you are capable of becoming. Get up every day and be the best you can
be. Be the best in the world. ... give your all for every second of every
minute of the # of competitions you'll compete in. You can do no more
than that.

competitive cheer teams in the nation, I didn't make the mat before
nationals. I was devastated. Instead of quitting, I added extra practices,
controlled what I could, and stayed locked in on growth. The following

me resilience — setbacks don't define you, your response does.

them, then immediately figure out how to beat them next time.

yesterday?'

routine.
‣ What's more important — being respected or being liked? -✓✓Being
respected. You don't have to like me, but you'll respect the results I bring
