Smart Study Planner
With Performance Tracker
By, Muniba Marium
Introduction:
Students are continuously juggling several disciplines, deadlines, and a growing
workload in today's educational setting. As a result, efficiently organizing study time has
become extremely difficult. Most students inadvertently devote too much time to their
preferred or simpler subjects while ignoring challenging or uninteresting ones. This
leads to an imbalance in preparation and has a direct impact on academic achievement
in general.
Another prevalent problem is that students typically don't keep track of how many hours
they actually devote to each topic. It becomes challenging to determine where time is
being wasted and where further work is required without adequate tracking. Students
frequently feel, "I studied a lot but still didn't perform well, which is essentially a time
management issue rather than a skill issue.
This project is designed to solve exactly that situation in a simple and smart way. It
helps students monitor their study hours for each subject, automatically analyze their
performance pattern, and clearly identify which subjects are strong and which ones
need more attention. Instead of guessing, students get a clear data-based picture of
their study habits.
In short, this system works like a small digital study buddy that keeps things organized,
balanced, and more efficient so students can study smarter, not just harder.
, Objective:
This project's primary goal is to assist students in better organizing and managing their
study time rather than merely studying at random without monitoring their progress.
In real life, students frequently wonder where their time is going and why, despite their
studies, some courses still seem weak. By providing a clear split of study hours and
performance analysis, this project seeks to eliminate that uncertainty.
The main goals of this system are:
To keep track of and organize study time for every subject.
To automatically determine the average study time and total study hours.
To evaluate which topics are receiving more attention and which are not.
To divide subjects into performance-based strong and weak categories
To give pupils a clear performance score so they can readily comprehend their
study balance
To promote more effective time management practices and enhance general
academic consistency

To assist pupils in recognizing their long-term study habits
To lessen the stress of last-minute exams by encouraging consistent monitoring
The overall objective is to assist students in transitioning from haphazard study to a
more organized and data-driven strategy so they may enhance their performance
without needless stress.
