How to Read This Plan
This is the step-by-step execution plan for launching Freeway Logistics from an entry-level job
through a fully operational 5-truck fleet. It is organized into four phases, then broken into
monthly blocks within each phase. Every task has a checkbox, priority level, and plain-English
explanation.
Phase 0 (Months 1--14 pre-business): SAVE + BUILD CREDIT. Keep your entry-level job.
Save $10,000+. Build your credit score to 720+. Execute the personal credit strategy from the
companion study guide. Accumulate a separate truck fund from job income + credit bonuses.
Phase 1 (Business Months 1--12): TRUCK 1 + REVENUE. Form the LLC. Get MC authority.
Acquire truck. Hire driver. Haul freight. Accumulate the $10K bank rotation pool. Keep your day
job until revenue is consistent.
Phase 2 (Business Months 12--18): SCALE TO 3 TRUCKS. Execute bank rotation card
applications. Acquire Trucks 2--3. Execute business Mass Apply. Begin 0% APR cycling.
Consider transitioning from day job to full-time fleet management.
Phase 3 (Business Months 18--24): REACH 5 TRUCKS + OPTIMIZE. Acquire Trucks 4--5.
Request limit increases on all cards. Optimize card routing and cash-back. Aggressive student
loan paydown or profit reinvestment.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE WHEN THIS PLAN IS COMPLETE
• 5 box trucks generating $8,000--$15,000+/month in net profit
• 1 LLC with established business banking at 4+ institutions
• 10--20+ business credit cards with $150K--$300K+ in available
credit
• An active 0% APR balance transfer cycle keeping capital
interest-free
• $12K--$33K/year in credit strategy income (cash-back, bonuses,
savings)
• A 780--800+ personal credit score
• Crypto.com Jade Green tier earning 3% CRO back on all overflow
spending
• A clear path to eliminating student loan debt within 3--5 years
• A repeatable system that can scale beyond 5 trucks if desired

Phase 0: Entry-Level Job → First $10K + Credit Foundation
Goal: While working your current job (waiter, retail, warehouse, fast food), save $10,000 in a
dedicated savings account AND build your credit score to 720+ simultaneously. The credit
strategy runs in parallel with the savings plan. By the end of Phase 0, you have cash reserves, a
strong credit profile, and 0% APR access ready for Truck 1.
Duration: 6--14 months depending on income level and savings rate. A tipped waiter at 30%
savings rate reaches $10K in approximately 13--19 months. A $15/hr worker at 30% reaches it
in approximately 15 months. Credit bonuses and bank bonuses can cut 2--6 months off this
timeline.
