As child gets older a family continue believing their child may become typical
someday. Why is this a problem? - ANSWERIt's difficult for them to face the
fact that this is not going to happen.



People-First Language-How do we show respect for families living with an
exceptional child? - ANSWERWe are sensitive. We need to recognize the child
as a person using their name before we. talk about their disability.
