1. Analyze, manage and improve the core processes of supply chains
2. Execute the diagnostic or analysis phase of a project based on supply chain data
3. Adapt supply chain processes to accommodate innovations and trends
Setup of each cycle (each process)
- Lectures: content-focused + real-case example
- Tutorial: work on exam questions
- Computer practical: diagnosing SC performance & problems within the real-world case
working with large datasets in Excel

Course structure




Assessment Methods
 The course assessment is based on a final exam (3 hours):
 50% open questions based on lecture content in a case scenario
 50% quantitative questions based on simplified versions of tools and techniques from
computer practicals
 Grades are awarded on a 1–10 scale
 up to 0.5 additional points for demonstrated effort in preparing the computer practicals (0.2
first + 0.2 second + 0.1 third practical). How?
 Submit your answers to a set of key-point questions related to the first part of the
practical (google form; deadline: 2 p.m. on the day before the practical)
 During the computer practical: we will verify your work to confirm (or not) the bonus
