•5 mm: household contact, CXR suspicious, and immunocompromised

Breast and lung cancer: 50% may develop pleural effusions (poor prognosis)

requires at least 250cc) is seen the diagnosis is made.


CXR (Upright PA & Lateral - 175mL to visualize)
