● What is a Pre-Rotational Shift timesheet? Answer: Documentation of
Scholar's hours for shifts done prior to start of rotation
● What is a Department Specific Training timesheet? Answer:
Documentation of Scholar's hours during training for new departments
● What is a Competency Checklist? Answer: Documentation of
participant's training and competency for each department
● For each Competency Checklist, when must it be turned in and who
must it be completed with? Answer: Due at the end of WEEK 2 of the
rotation and must be completed with a Registered Nurse ONLY.
