A. Competency Evaluation
The three main skills I developed during my MBA - financial management, managing human capital, and
marketing were very useful in the business simulation, which recreated real business challenges.
Financial Management
This skill includes handling budgets, analyzing investments, and using financial data to make smart
decisions. In the simulation, it helped me plan budgets carefully, use resources wisely, and check project returns.
This ensured the simulated company met its financial goals and followed rules similar to real-world financial
management.
Managing Human Capital
This skill focuses on leading and motivating teams effectively. In the simulation, I used it to improve team
productivity, manage conflicts, and keep everyone working toward company goals. Leading and supporting the
team helped achieve simulation targets, showing how important people management is in real businesses.
