Personal Statement Unit 201
By setting high standards for my work and showing I am committed to
achieving these high standards I can continue to uphold the reputation of the
County Council and the FJF scheme. Also by continuing to achieve high
standards in my work, people trust me more to do my job and know that I will
produce a high quality result. However if I didn’t treat people with the honesty,
respect and consideration they deserve my personal reputation and the
reputation of FJF would drop. Also by showing people respect and being
honest with them, I would hope they would treat me the same.
